太华天谷国际养生度假景区水土保持方案报告书毕业论文

摘 要

本方案编制旨在通过对江苏实盟建设投资有限公司开发建设的太华天谷国际养生度假景区一号地块及景观工程实施水土保持方案,形成有效的防治体系,大程度地降低因开发建设造成的水土流失,从而可以保护当地生态环境,恢复因施工破坏的植被和健全水土保持设施,进而拉动周边地区经济发展。

本文以江苏实盟建设投资有限公司开发建设的太华天谷国际养生度假景区一号地块及景观工程项目为依托,通过查证大量资料,实地走访考察采集信息,依据相关规范,介绍了各种客观情况,包括项目区概况、项目概况、水土流失的现状等。认真分析主体工程的建设营运特点,并分析可能发生的水土流失形式、范围以及对周边地区的影响力。确定本项目的水保防治责任范围,划定水土流失防治分区。布设水土流失防治措施,在此基础上进行水土流失预测。分析、结合本项目的特点,对各功能分区采取针对性的水土保持防治体系,结合工程措施与植物措施,控制项目建设过程中持续产生的水土流失,使扰动土地整治率、水土流失总治理度、土壤流失控制比、拦渣率、林草植被恢复率、林草覆盖率六项指标达到目标值。

本文在整体设计理念的基础之上,对本项目有可能出现的问题、水土流失调查以及水土流失预测提出对策。对水土流失的预测方法进行了深入的研究,详细讨论了水土保持工程设计思路。通过主体工程分析评价与水土保持方案效益分析评价,确定本方案是可行的。也为日后江苏省开发编制建设项目水土保持方案报告的工作提供一定的参考。

Water and Soil Conservation of TaihuaTiangu Health Resort

ABSTRACT

The plan is designed to form an effective prevention and control system through the project of soil and water conservation in Taihua Tian Valley International Health Resort Area 1 area and landscape project, which is developed and built by Jiangsu real Alliance Construction Investment Co., Ltd., to reduce soil erosion caused by development and construction to a large extent, so that the local ecological environment can be protected. We should restore the vegetation damaged by construction and improve the facilities for soil and water conservation.

This paper, based on the No.1 area and landscape project of Taihua Tian Valley International Health holiday resort, which is developed and built by Jiangsu real League Construction Investment Co., Ltd., has reviewed a lot of information and visited the collection information on the spot. According to the relevant regulations, this paper introduces various objective conditions, including the general situation of the project area, the project situation and the soil and water. The current situation of loss. The characteristics of the construction and operation of the main project are seriously analyzed, and the possible forms and scope of soil erosion and the influence on the surrounding areas are analyzed. Determine the scope of responsibility for prevention and control of soil and water conservation, and designate zoning for soil and water loss control. Soil erosion control measures are set up, and soil erosion prediction is carried out on this basis. According to the characteristics of this project, the water and Soil Conservation Prevention and control system for various functional areas is adopted, and the water and soil erosion continuously produced during the project construction is controlled combined with the engineering measures and plant measures, which makes the disturbance land regulation rate, the total soil and water loss control degree, the soil flow control system ratio, the slag blocking rate, the forest grass vegetation restoration. The six indexes of compound rate and forest coverage reached the target value.

Based on the overall design concept, this paper puts forward countermeasures for possible problems, soil erosion investigation and soil erosion prediction. The prediction method of soil and water loss was studied in depth, and the design idea of soil and water conservation engineering was discussed in detail. Through the analysis and evaluation of the main project and the benefit analysis and evaluation of the soil and water conservation plan, it is determined that the plan is feasible. It will also provide some references for the future development and compilation of soil and water conservation plan report of Jiangsu province.
