不同植被类型对洪泽湖土壤表层轻重组有机碳及微生物分布的影响毕业论文

摘 要

洪泽湖作为我国四大淡水湖之一,在生态效益上发挥着巨大的作用,但随着环境问题的加剧,洪泽湖的生态环境也在发生着变化。对洪泽湖土壤碳含量的监测,可以反馈环境变化的信息,同时也可以预测土壤碳库的变化,为土壤碳库的准确评估及其预测提供科学依据。尤其轻组有机碳是活性碳库占比分量很高的一部分,可以及时、敏锐地反应碳循环的变化,对土壤中轻组有机碳含量进行测定以及对比分析,可以为研究生态环境变迁,土地利用改变下碳含量的积累状况,为土地的经营理念、持续更好进展提供解决方案、经营措施的数据基础。

本研究将对光滩、芦苇、柳树、杨树四种样地的土壤中的总有机碳、轻组有机碳的含量进行测定与分析,同时将不同样地的土壤中微生物种类进行比较。研究结果显示:不同样地的碳含量不同,轻组有机碳含量呈现出差异性;总有机碳含量显示杨树gt;柳树gt;光滩gt;芦苇;轻组有机碳含量显示柳树gt;杨树gt;芦苇gt;光滩;重组碳含量显示杨树gt;柳树gt;光滩gt;芦苇;细菌及放线菌种类结果显示,光滩gt;杨树gt;柳树gt;芦苇;真菌种类结果显示,杨树gt;光滩gt;芦苇gt;柳树。以上说明,不同植被条件下,土壤有机碳、轻组和重组有机碳含量均变化明显,三大类群微生物数量也受到显著影响。

Different types of vegetation on Light Organic Manganese Components in Soil Surface of Hongze Lake

ABSTRACT

Hongze Lake, as one of China’s four major freshwater lakes, plays a huge role in the ecological benefits. But with the development of economy, human activities have gradually intensified. Monitoring of soil carbon content in Hongze Lake can feedback information about environmental changes and predict changes in soil carbon pool, which also provides scientific basis for the accurate assessment and prediction. As the highest proportion of the active carbon pool, light organic carbon can reflect the changes in carbon cycle timely and keenly. The determination of light organic carbon in soil and the comparative analysis can help to study the ecological environment changes and accumulation of carbon content under land use change, which provide a solution for the sustainable development of land.

In this study, the contents of total organic carbon and light organic carbon in soils of light beach, reed, willow and poplar were measured and analyzed. And the species of microorganisms in different soils will be compared. The results showed: 1. The carbon content of different samples is different, light organic carbon content showed a difference. 2. Total organic carbon content showed poplargt; willowgt; light beachgt; reed; light organic carbon content showed willowgt; poplargt; reedgt; light beach. 3. The number of bacteria species showed that the light beachgt; poplargt; willowgt; reed; fungal species showed that poplargt; light beachgt; reedgt; willow. The above shows under different vegetation conditions, soil organic carbon, light and recombinant organic carbon contents changed obviously, and the number of microbes in three groups was also significantly affected.
