氮素施肥对不同基因型青钱柳生长和黄酮类化合物积累的影响毕业论文

摘 要

本文以不同基因型青钱柳一年生幼苗为试验材料,在人工气候实验室内设置3种氮素施肥水平,在恒温恒湿条件下分别进行控制试验,通过分析氮素施肥对不同基因型青钱柳的叶黄酮类化合物含量、黄酮合成酶活性和生长指标的影响,探讨氮素施肥对青钱柳生长和黄酮化合物积累的影响的作用规律,为青钱柳人工林培育中氮肥施用管理提供理论依据。

研究结果如下:

1.不同的氮素施肥处理下的青钱柳幼苗叶全氮含量差异显著(Plt;0.05)。随着氮肥施用量的增加,叶片C/N呈下降的趋势。基因型对青钱柳叶全碳含量无显著影响(Pgt;0.05),对叶全氮含量有显著影响(Plt;0.05),金钟山6号基因型青钱柳C/N明显高于浙江九亩村基因型。

2.不同氮素施肥处理下青钱柳幼苗叶黄酮合成酶活性差异显著(Plt;0.05)。随着氮素施肥量的上升,黄酮合成酶活性呈先下降后上升的趋势,浙江九亩村和金钟山6号青钱柳幼苗的C4H、PAL活性均在氮素施肥量为1g/株最低,浙江九亩村基因型C4H活性在施肥量为2g/株时有极其明显的上升趋势。

3.不同氮素施肥处理下青钱柳幼苗叶黄酮化合物总量差异显著(Plt;0.05)。叶总黄酮含量和黄酮合成酶活性呈正相关,表现为随氮素施肥量的上升,叶总黄酮化合物含量呈先下降后上升趋势。

4.不同氮素施肥处理下青钱柳幼苗初生生长阶段的各项指标差异显著(Plt;0.05)。以苗高和地径为基础指标,随氮素施肥量的上升,青钱柳幼苗的苗高和地径增长率呈先上升后下降趋势,过低的C/N环境对青钱柳幼苗的初生生长起抑制作用。

Effects of C/N on growth and flavonoids accumulation of different genotypes of Cyclocarya paliurus

ABSTRACT

Regarding the Cyclocarya paliurus annual seedlings with different genotype as experimental materials and setting three kinds of nitrogenous fertilizer levels in the artificial climate laboratory, controlled experiments are respectively made under the condition of constant temperature and humidity. By analyzing the differences between content of leaf flavonoid,the activity level of flavonoid synthetase and growth indices in the seedlings under different fertilisers and genotypes, the effects of nitrogenous fertilizer levels and genotype on the growth and content of flavonoid of Cyclocarya paliurus seedlings were discussed, and the theoretical basis was provided for the management of nitrogenous fertilizer in the cultivation of Cyclocarya paliurus plantation.

Research results are concluded as follows:

1.The total nitrogen content of C. paliurus seedling leaves under different nitrogenous fertilizer processing are significantly different(Plt;0.05).the leaves C/N of C. paliurus seedling presents a trend of increasing along with the increase of nitrogen fertilization levels. Genotype had no significant effect on the total carbon content of the C. paliurus leaves (Pgt;0.05), and had a significant effect on the total nitrogen content of the leaves (Plt;0.05). The C/N of C. paliurus in JMC was significantly higher than that of JZS.

2.The activity levels of flavonoid synthetase of C. paliurus seedling leaves under different nitrogenous fertilizer processing are significantly different(Plt;0.05). Along with increase of nitrogen fertilization levels, the activity level of flavonoid synthetase presents a trend of decreasing first and then increasing. When the fertilizing amount is one gram for each seedling,the activity level of C4H and PAL with genotype of ZMC and JZS both are minimum, meanwhile, C4H with genotype of ZMC presents an extremely obvious uptrend when the fertilizing amount is two gram for each seedling.

3. The total number of flavonoid compounds of C. paliurus seedling leaves under different nitrogenous fertilizer processing are significantly different(Plt;0.05). There is one kind of positive correlation relationship between the content of leaf flavonoid compounds and the activity level of flavonoid synthetase which is performed as that along with the increase of nitrogen fertilization levels, the content of leaf flavonoid compounds presents a trend of decreasing first and then increasing.

4.The various indexes in primary growth stage of C. paliurus seedling leaves under different nitrogenous fertilizer processing are significantly different(Plt;0.05). Considering the height of seedling and the distance between each two seedlings as basic indicators, the growth rate of the height of C. paliurus seedling and the distance between each two C. paliurus seedlings presents a trend of increasing first and then decreasing along with the increase of nitrogen fertilization levels, moreover, the excessively low C/N environment impacts an inhibiting effect to seedlings’ primary growth.
