储藏条件对青钱柳茶叶品质的影响毕业论文

摘 要

以2017年10月采摘的青钱柳叶为试材,采用人工模拟不同温度和含水量组合的方法 ,研究了温度、含水量、贮藏条件和时间对青钱柳叶中总黄酮、总三萜和总多糖保存的影响。贮藏条件包括贮藏温度(-20~-18℃、0~5℃、室温),贮藏材料的含水量(4%、7%、10%)和贮藏方法(密封储藏和非密封储藏)。

结果表明:

1低温低叶含水量有利于青钱柳叶中总黄酮、总三萜和总多糖的贮藏,表现为-20~-18℃ 5%条件下叶中的总黄酮、总三萜和总多糖含量显著高于其他处理;

2青钱柳叶中总黄酮含量在处理初期变化不明显,但随着贮藏时间延长,叶中总黄酮含量开始缓慢下降;

3青钱柳叶中总三萜和总多糖含量在处理初期变化不明显,但随着贮藏时间的延长,叶中总三萜和总多糖含量上升,其中总多糖含量明显上升,和叶中总黄酮含量的变化呈相反趋势;

4相比于非密封条件贮藏,密封贮藏更利于青钱柳叶的储藏。

The effect of storage condition on the quality of Cyclocarya paliurus leaves

ABSTRACT

The leaves of cyclocarya paliurus,which are picked up in October of 2017, as trial materials.Adopt the method of artificial simulation of different temperature and water content.It explores the temperature, moisture content, storage conditions and time on the preservation of total flavone, total triterpene and total polysaccharide in leaves of cyclocarya paliurus.Storage conditions including storage temperature (-20 ~ – 18 ℃, 0 ~ 5 ℃ and Room temperature) and storage of material moisture content (4%, 7%, 10%) and storage methods (Seal storage and Ventilation storage).

The results showed that:

1 low temperature and low humidity were beneficial to the storage of total flavonoids, total triterpenoids and total polysaccharides.Performance – 20 ~ – 18 ℃ 5% under the condition of total flavonoids in leaf, total triterpenes and total polysaccharide content is significantly higher than other processing;

2 The content of total flavonoids in cyclocarya paliurusleaves was not obvious in the initial treatment, but the content of total flavonoids in leaves began to decline slowly as the storage time was prolonged;

3 Total triterpenes and total polysaccharide in cyclocarya paliurus leaf at the beginning of the process change is not obvious, but with the extension of storage time, the rise in total triterpenes and total polysaccharide in the leaf, considerably increase the content of total polysaccharides,and the change in the total flavonoid content in the leaves is the opposite;

4 The effect of ventilation and seal conditions on material storage in cyclocarya paliurus leaves was significant.Compared with the storage of ventilated condition, sealed storage is more beneficial to the storage of cyclocarya paliurus leaves.

1.1 青钱柳研究概况

1.1.1 生物学及生态学特性

青钱柳(Cyclocarya paliurus Batal.)又名摇钱树,系胡桃科(Juglandanceae)青钱柳属植物,广泛分布于长江以南山区林内、溪谷,适生于疏松肥沃,排水良好的酸性黄壤、红壤之上(方升佐等,2007)。花单性,雌雄同株,存在明显的花期不遇现象(洑香香等,2011)。果实为坚果,扁球形,中部围有水平方向的革质圆盘状翅,似铜钱,径 2.5~6cm,花期 4~5 月,果期 7~9 月,在10 月份果实由青转黄时采摘,每千克种子5000~6000 粒左右(方升佐等,2007;谢明勇等,2008)。青钱柳高可达30m,树干通直,木材纹理直,结构略细,重量和硬度适中,切削容易且切面光滑,事宜做家具、农具、胶合板及建筑材料等。另外,青钱柳树姿优美,果似铜钱,可以作为优良观赏树种及造林树种(方升佐等,2003)。
