南方集体林县域尺度生态敏感性分析——以湖南桂东县为例毕业论文

摘 要

论文以湖南省桂东县为研究区域,利用生态环境现状调查资料和相关研究成果,采用多因子综合方法,选取人类活动、湿度、高程、坡度、植被指数、干扰指数作为生态环境敏感性评价因子,以2014年Landsat 8 OLI遥感图像、2014年森林资源二类调查数据和空间分辨率为30m的数字高程模型为主要信息源,在提取影响生态敏感性大小的环境因子基础上,借鉴麦克哈格的千层饼模式,进行生态敏感性分析,获得各生态环境问题的单因子敏感性分析图。在此基础上,运用GIS技术将六个敏感性因子叠加,得出区域生态敏感性综合评价结果,按照ArcGIS默认重分类3级划分出生态敏感区。结果分析表明:①桂东县生态敏感性高敏感区占到42.85%,主要分布在西部和东南部;中敏感区占到22.84%,广泛分布于桂东县县域;低敏感区占到34.31%,主要分布于中部和东北部;②在分区评价基础上,结合当地实际,提出各生态区的保护和开发政策,其中高度敏感区严禁过分人类活动和非保护性开发建设,中度敏感区保持生态优先下的适度开发,低敏感区要优化布局,合理开发。

Ecological sensitivity analysis of southern collective forest at county scale: a case study of Guidong county, Hunan province

ABSTRACT

This took the area of Guangdong county,Hunan Province as the research area, used the survey data of the ecological environment status.And the paper selected the related research results, such as, the human activity, humidity, elevation, slope, NDVI and interference index as the evaluation factors of the ecological environment sensitivity. The research used the Landsat 8 OLI remote sensing image of 2014 , Forest Resources Inventory of 2014 and the digital elevation model with spatial resolution of 30 meters as the main information sources. Based on the extraction of environmental factors affecting the ecological sensitivity, this paper used the Mike Hagg's thousand layer cake model to carry out the ecological sensitivity analysis, and obtain the single factor sensitivity analysis of the ecological environment problems=. On this basis, the paper exerted the GIS technology to overlay six sensitive factors, and obtain the comprehensive evaluation results of regional ecological sensitivity,.At last, the ecological sensitive area is divided into three levels according to the ArcGIS default reclassification. The result showed that: ①the ecological sensitive area of hypersensitivity which is mainly located in the West and the southeast spaces 42.85% of the total area, , the middle sensitive area accounts for 22.84% of its area, which is widely distributed in the county of Guangdong county, and the low sensitive area takes up 34.31% of the total territory, which is mainly seated in the middle and northeast; ②on the basis of regional evaluation and local practice, the paper has put forward the protection and development policies of various ecological areas, of which the highly sensitive areas are strictly prohibited from excessive human activities and non-protectivedevelopment. The medium sensitive area is maintained in the moderatedevelopment which is under the ecological priority , and the low sensitive area should optimize the layout and the rational development.
